This website is operated by Payment Adv OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17550621, with its registered office at Tähesaju tee 21-114, 13917 Tallinn, Estonia ("Payment Adv", "we", "us"). 2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it to us:

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

3. Why we process it

We process the data you send us in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and perform a cooperation agreement with you. The legal bases for this processing are the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and for a maximum of 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law, for example for accounting purposes.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that are necessary to operate this website and our correspondence, such as our hosting and email providers, and only to the extent needed. Where these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.
